We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status, which typically processes within 7-10 business days.
